On International Women’s Day and throughout the month of March, women are celebrated around the world for their achievements and contributions to society. Since 1994, The Executive Centre (TEC), Asia Pacific’s premium flexible workspace provider, has been committed to achieving gender balance through female empowerment.

Today, TEC has made meaningful progress in creating a fair and productive working environment for talent across its 135+ Centres in 32 cities and 14 countries. TEC’s workforce is made up of more than 600 female staff (61% of total employees); and a near gender parity (47% female staff) across its head office in Hong Kong.

“Since we founded our business in 1994, we have been committed to treating all people equally and nurturing great talent, regardless of gender,” said TEC Founder, Chairman and CEO Paul Salnikow. “This culture is something that we are incredibly proud of, and we believe that it is this supportive environment that has helped us to recruit and retain our exceptional team. However, it is important to remember that our work doesn’t stop here, particularly when we look within our regional markets.”
